Offline Communications App

Hey folks, we are a small Agency in southern Germany building communication and marketing solutions for mainly tech-companies. Our main focus is in 3D visualisation and 3d-web-development. We need an app to use for local communication purposes. This must work in an local network without internet, using the hotspot feature of current devices. Use case: Two or more people meet. All have the app installed. One of them (master) opens a call and opens a hotspot at the same time. The App generates a QR code, which the other people (clients) can scan to automatically connect to his hotspot and join the call. While talking the master can mute the clients for presentation mode or unmute them for group talk. At the end clients and the master have the ability to share their contact dates with eachother and rate the conversation with a comment field. All participants can browse through their conversation histories afterwards and see the corresponding contact infos, which then can be exported in an MS Excel conform format. Here are the requirements: - Android and iOS - Bidirectional audio transmission to all devices in network (app installation required) - start hotspot and generate QR code with connection infos - scan QR code that connects to hotspot and opens "Chatroom" - mute audience - share contact data between devices - store conversation history with contact dates - export contact dates Key feature is the possibility to communicate in a local network without internet connection and without a remote server.
