Unlock a Sharp Aquos phone

I need somebody to guide me in the process of unlocking a phone. Phone model: Sharp Aquos 303SH (locked in Softbank) or Sharp Aquos SHV31 or SHL24 (locked in au). Both Softbank and au say their phones 'cannot be unlocked'. As any phone can be unlocked with more or less difficulty, that means that it can't be done simply by entering an unlocking code. The Android should be first rooted, then tweaked for unlocking. I will provide access via TeamViewer when the phone is connected to the PC by USB. The job is to DO the rooting, unlocking the phone so it becomes SIM free, AND guide me through the whole process. If you don't have experience please do not bid.
