Virtual Coach - Training AI - 2.0

Creare un Virtual Coach per la stesura di programmi di allenamento professionali per il ciclismo. A Virtual Coach to create detailed and professional training program for cycling. Using training theory and methodology create a complete training Season starting from custom race / training calendar and total annual volume ( for example annual training hours / annual total km). Build different training periods (offseason, general preparation, specific preparation, race, peak, ecc ) Build block of work/recovery with possibility to manually define 2+1 or 3+1 weeks of work Build weekly training defining different weekly pattern (3+1/2+1/advanced) Build detailed daily training with specific exercise (warm up + specific work + cool down) using personal training zone (base on Heart rate, Power or RPE (rate of perceived effort). Possibility to modify planned training depending of different things (not possible to train, rainy day, sick or other) and automatically the software change the training and update the training plan.
