Windows Phone prototype app

Objective is to supply prototype app for completion by sponsor. To be developed using visual studio 2010 or 2012 c#. Target win phone 7.5/7.8 and 8. Possibly interested in solution using mono to allow app to target android/iphone. App should meet requirements of windows store and be ready for deployment to store. VS project and all source code to be supplied. IPR to be held by sponsor. Sponsor is experienced vs c# developer with win mobile experience but no win phone experience. Code to be fully commented using vs XML comments. Application is intended to show data for a location (lat/long) Database (supplied by sponsor) will hold entries for each location (id, name, lat, long + other attributes) On startup, display disclaimer screen which must be dismissed by explicit user action. Then current device position used to search database and show data for nearest location Swipe right to see more details (placeholder at this stage) Toolbar buttons for: nearest; list; map; search, settings Nearest button to replicate startup action I.e. Show details of nearest location List button to show list of nearby locations and distance to them with ability to select to show details Map button to show map (topo) centred on current selected location to show pins for database locations with ability to select to show details. Map should have scroll and zoom ability. Search button to show textbox to allow search against database and show list of matches Settings button to display: distance unit option (km / miles); live tile on/off; display disclaimer on/off Menu with favourites; add to favourites; about Favourites menu to display list of favourites with ability to select and delete. Add to favourite to add current item to favourite list. About menu to display info screen (placeholder) On resume (not startup), app should remember last viewed location and display details. Live tile feature should display details of currently selected location.
