Xamarin - Delivery App

Hello, i need a basic Xamarin Forms Delivery App, with a modern,clean and nice UI. Basically we need a template to start building later our app. The template should contain: 1. Home page with grid buttons: 1.1 Delivery Plan - leads to another page (PlanActivity) where i will have a list of deliveries to be done. Clicking on the delivery i should get a menu where i get: phone number -click to call/address - click to navigate / edit - click to go to DeliveryActivity (reviewed later in the post) 1.2 Plans history - leads to a page (PlansHistoryActivty) where i can see the plans assigned to driver, in order by date. clicking on a plan leads to PlanActivity. 1.3 Settings - leads to SettingsActivity where i can view the Drivers dates (including IMEI of the device and multiple other informations ). 2. A service that should send every 10 seconds the position of the driver to server.(lat/long/speed etc), that should work in background till the user presses a button to exit application. Once the app is started, the user gets a prompt where he needs to accept the tracking service otherwise everthing is locked. The PlanActivity should contain all the deliveries + a minimap showing the route. The DeliveryActivity should contain: map location, infos (name/address/phonenumber/notes/ammount do be paid), data entries: ammount paid and type , notes, foto ( declaration of conformity + products). All data is sent to server via WebServices. Once the user takes a foto, it should be uploaded instantly, no storage on the phone is mage. All data is collected from WebServices. The Webservice is written in asmx. All source code is sent to us. IDE: Visul Studio 2019.
