We are building a jobs and employment website from scratch and need a database backend developed that our webmaster will use to build and run look and feel of the website. Currently, we have a mock-up of what the front-end, end-user look will be. We need the back-end database and structure that will run the website. Here's what we need: •OVERALL LOOK & FEEL – The back-end needs to be easy to navigate and very intuitive for the website administrator. It should be as flexible as possible, allowing the administrator to add/change/edit fields in each database. •HTML COMPATABILITY – It is imperative that the administrator will be able to manipulate and format the output of the database utilizing html, javascript, etc. to display database information on a regular web page in customized ways. •DATABASE DEVELOPMENT -- Essentially, we will need these main databases created: oMinistry Staff Directory (this would hold all job seekers & church staff members) oMinistry Directory (this would hold all churches/ministries that list positions) oJobs database with auto-expire oResume database with auto-expire oResources database (we'll enter books and resources to sell oArticles database (we'll enter articles we've written oEvents Database (will hold upcoming events and conferences for ministry staff) •ALLOW FOR UPLOADED INFORMATION -- including attachments for MS WORD, PDF, JPG GIF uploads that will be scaleable for display. •ALLOW FOR VIDEO CAPABILITY: Allow for uploading and/or linking to video resumes (either through our site or YouTube capability) •EMAIL SYSTEM -- Email system capable of sending individual listings & bulk mailing to users according to their profile •RSS CAPABILITIES -- feed capabilities for database entries (state, denomination, job category, etc.) MERCHANT ACCOUNT CAPABILITIES -- Merchant account scripting and compliance for [login to view URL] •Checkout / Order form / Shopping Cart •Length and pricing options (for jobs and resumes) from free to annual options •Ability for administrator set/change pricing structure easily •Additional resource add-ons (for books, reports, etc.) •Additional up-sell items (background checks, etc.) •Ability for discount/promotional codes •Ability to be billed/invoiced •Seamless integration into merchant account payment gateway •Customizable order form for jobs, books, & resources (must tie to merchant account) •Customizable reports (sales figures, number of listings, trends, etc.) based on data fields •GOOGLE MAPS – Integration of Goggle maps (or similar map service that will show locations of ministries and job openings) We are looking for a complete customized backend for this project.
