458974 Linking HTML Form to MySQL to Load and Update Records

URGENT PROJECT. To be completed this week!! OVERVIEW ======== The project is to create a simple data cleaning tool. I have 13,000 records that I need setting up in a mySQL database (on our server) which will load one at a time into a webform which has already been created. The DataCleaner can enhance the data and save it back to the Database. There will be several Datacleaners working on the Database at one time so must lock records so they can only be edited by one person at a time Once a records has been updated it is flagged as complete and becomes a record that is no longer part of the cleaning process. There needs to be a function where the whole database can be downloaded as a csv or pipe file. There also needs to be an option where the Database can be purged and a new one uploaded by a csv using the same column names. =========== THE WEBFORM =========== The webform has 541 fields named 001 through to 541 (already created) When the product from the database is loaded all fields are loaded. (many will be blank) When the form is Updated, All fields are updated back to the database. The webform will show ALL records unless they have been removed from the Cleaning Process If the Datacleaner does not want to clean that record, they can select the NEXT button and the next record is loaded and no changes made to the record.
