The application is integrated with Payroll System 3) Personnel Availability & Security System Technologies: .Net, C# 3.5, WPF, WCF, LINQ, SQL Server Description: It is personnel logging solutions to record logging-in and logging-out events from personnel interaction with PASS logging terminals. The PASS control software (PASS Desktop) will display real-time personnel availability, personnel log-in and log-out history and PASS terminal interaction audit.

As per your requirements stated in the work description, we have done a similar kind of sub portions where you have them in a complete architecture like we have done a Inventory Management system as a web app and a POS app for window and android app. The android as well desktop app consumes, a dotnet web service and the desktop and mobile app uses both USB and a bluetooth printer to take receipts, off course we use a 3 inch printers to take prints, but that could not make any problem with A4 printing. coming to the point 3 and 4, its like a maintaining, employee and a product life cycle. What kind of reports are you expecting for Reports is it like a crystal reports or ssrs reports or just kind of overall business output? Well, I just need few clarifications regarding the overall functionality so, that we can come up with a good design of the overall project. My best suggestion is to have a common web service which provides a service to both android app and a web app. We can say that we can take up the project, as we have done a similar kind of functionality so, much of the work was pretty easy for us.
