I'd like to build an administrative dashboard style website to manage emailing users a custom message with a link to a web survey and also monitor/determine if the link was opened. The site would also have a mechanism to send reminder emails at specified intervals in a settings area if the link was not opened. The site would get data (name, email) from a website passing these parameters, like a webhook. The rest of the data would be manged/input on the website directly. I would like to work with developer via screen sharing and audio conferencing (skype/zoom/[login to view URL]) to help me learn python and develop the site. I have programmed in basic and C, and am taking a python course now. I am working on drafting the specs for the layout, design, functionality, and flow of the website. I am thinking meeting three times per week, for 1-2 hours each session. I'm estimating this project to take 6-8 weeks to complete with a total of 40-45 hours.
