Hello, I read your requirements and understood them, I wanted to ask that what is this project regarding, sentimental analysis or a chat bot or natural language generation, I have experience with all of them but it's hard to set a price on it even it it's a PoC.I can build front end and backend for a website and deploy it on AWS azure or Heroku, As i am working as data scientist for more about 2 years, i can dedicate my 30 hr per week on this project as we are working from home, i can manage that here, i have time. let's discuss on this more, tell me more about your project looking forward to hearing from you soon!
