.NET program to test performance of Kakadu library

We need a C# program that will accept an image as input and use the Kakadu library to convert the image into JPEG and JP2K format. The C# program should time how long the process takes and write the total processing time for each major step (read input, convert image, write output to new file) into a log file. The C# program should accept the input file name, output folder location/filename and either JPEG or JP2K as input parameters.
