Blob expert: Unable to access files on azure storage?

We need an Azure Blob expert. Our platform generates files that are stored in Azure's blobs. Files uploaded by the user are also uploaded to the blobs. The production version works perfectly. Now, the issue is with the development version candidate to be moved to production, since we are migrating part of the process to our own servers, but are going to continue using the blobs for storage. In the development platform, we get the following errors for the following scenarios: 1) When the platform accesses files hosted in our blobs to create new files. Error message: ""Error processing file: {"code":1011,"message":"Error downloading medias","data":{"code":"NotFound","statusCode":404,"requestId":" (here goes the ID to be shared privately)"} 2) When the platform successfully creates a file (because files stored outside the platform were used because of the previous error) and the user tries open/download the file. The document tree is shown below. <Error> <Code>BlobNotFound</Code> <Message> The specified blob does not exist. RequestId:(here goes the ID to be shared privately) Time:2017-06-26T16:11:44.6962543Z </Message> </Error>" 3) When trying to open a file that is supposed to store in the platform. Error message: "This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it.
