OBIEE 11.1.1.7 Security - open to bidding

Are you comfortable with OBIEE [login to view URL] security? Please review the entrée posting and submit a quote only if you are comfortable with all or any of these tasks with actual hands on experience. We are in the process of upgrading to OBIEE [login to view URL] version Task 1. Integrate with Microsoft Active Directory. We ran into issues implementing this step. All the Services are running fine after this integration. We are able to login into Console and EM using weblogic user ID. However, none of the users including weblogic, Administrator are able to login to BI after this was done. We tried creating a new user ID, but that did not help either. We tried all the work arounds available online and Support web but nothing helped so far. Here is the error on EM, [13037] Cannot connect to BI Security Service, please make sure this is running properly (with SSL or not) in EM. Task 2. We do not have Group information in Active Directory. We are planning to implement groups and role information through external table and integrate with OBIEE. Task 3. Our users do not want to enter user name/password when they login to OBIEE once they are logged into office network. The idea is to accomplish this through Kerberos SSO setup. I am open to ideas if there are other ways to accomplish this. This is in a development environment connected to our office network through VPN and only be done through Join me session. Please give me a quote for all the three steps as a single package or by individual tasks depending on your expertise and comfort level.
