SIMPLE 5MIN CODING JOB PART DONE ADD A SIMPLE FORUM INTO EXISTING SITE

I am trying to add a simple free forum software into my website. This what i have done below: [login to view URL] It needs to be seen within a div id area I have done this by adding the html into the pearl script however its not working right and i need also need the footer to be shown all the time but it goes when you view a message. i will upload one page original script and the one page file i have modified. thanks
