Scope of Work:
We require a robot to search the web for RSS Feeds. The robot *must* be written in Perl. Discovered RSS feeds' info such as the URL, subject etc. will then be added to a PostgreSQL database. We will create the Postgres database and the code to interface the db, so stubs that print out the URLs, etc., for those subroutines is fine.
IMPORTANT: Tell us what type of Perl modules you are going to use. If
you do not already know the Perl modules needed for this project, then
please do not apply. We have a lot of Perl and PostgreSQL experience,
so please do not apply unless you are a Perl wiz that has experience
with robots and spiders. This should be a slam-dunk for someone.
When bidding, please provide as much detail as possible, including the length of time you think that it will take, what development tools and modules you will be using, and what will be required of us. Please
feel free to ask any questions. Please include any details that you think are important that we have not considered in this document.

Winning bidder will:
- Supply a small sample of your Perl coding
- Be able to communicate in English
- Be available via e-mail (and telephone when necessary)
- Be able to receive funds in US dollars via Paypal
