Create automatic install package for Weblate

I need an Automatic package install script for Weblate include all of it's needed 3rd party apps. My major need is for Ubuntu but i'll give an advantage to anyone who can do it without platform limit. the project is here [login to view URL] the git is here [login to view URL] and 3rd party list is here [login to view URL] the installer has to be smart enough to handle different options (if one of the 3rd party software is installed or not) and if not sure it should ask. the installer can assume LAMP is installed on the server
