73467 CGI Shopping Site Integration

As a long time Webmaster and User of This site, I appreciate the diversity of cultures and talents available here. But.................. This is a REPOST of a previous project from January 25th. See Old Project post at: [login to view URL] I selected the programmer with the HIGEST bid, not the lowest, and one who assured me that he knew CGI. I recently found out he not only lied and did not know CGI, but actually FARMED OUT my project himself to another programmer who also did not know CGI. What was promised as a 4 day completion is still not done. PROGRAMMERS PLEASE>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> IF YOU DO NOT KNOW CGI/PERL at an EXPERT LEVEL, DO NOT BID. I will insist upon verifiable portfolio of CGI, not PHP programming work. This is a relatively SIMPLE project for someone at an experienced level with CGI/PERL HERE AGAIN IS THE PROJECT: I have a domain with a number of scripts installed, and basic functions working properly, as follows: + CGI based Auction (Makebid Auction) installed in 2 (two) directories. + CGI based Shopping Mall (Also from [login to view URL]) + CGI based Smartsearch, search engine + CGI based SmartFrame, + CGI based Shopping cart (Quikstore) [login to view URL] Account The Two Auction Scripts and Shopping Mall share the same user database & resources. Smartsearch is on different user database. The Shopping Cart is out of play for this project. All scripts are installed in directories off of the root. ***** Here's What I Want Done ***** I want a simple, well layed out, functional main page that links to all of my scripts with the following details. I want the Auction and Shopping Mall "Featured Items" to show on my [login to view URL], along with a user log-in for the auction, shopping mall sites. Should be a pull down menu as follows: Auction - View/Buy/Sell Mall - View/Buy/Sell Adult Auction - View/Buy/Sell (As you can see, I have a seperate occurence of the auction for "Adult Only" listings as in eBay) I will need a seperate Password Protected Directory, that only verified Registered users can access, using the "SAME" user database info as main auction site. Ther will have to be a "Warning Page" for sign-in to the adult directory. Area on [login to view URL] for my advertising text, links to [login to view URL], etc (The usual extra pages of a website) I also want a search box on [login to view URL], as well as links to post search words (Account) (IF POSSIBLE) I would like the User Database of the SmartSearch script to ALSO share data with the Auctions. The main function here is to integrate all of my scripts into a nice functional front-end. ****** NOTE***** FANCY Flash, detailed graphics, etc. ARE NOT NEEDED NOW. The final part of this project is to configure the scripts to all have the same colors and appearance. The scripts, especially the Auctions, are configured from within the [login to view URL] files. Smartsearch Has Header and Footer capability. I believe I have made this description as Detailed and Complete as possible. It is fast/easy work for an experienced person. I must be able to see examples (Links) to your past work. If you cannot communicate with me either in ICQ or MSN, do not bother to BID, I must be able to communicate.
