Trauma is something we hold within us. It can have a huge effect on who we are as people. Trauma creates extreme emotions, self-doubt, and negative thinking. I have suffered a lot of trauma throughout life, so I wanted to become a life coach to help people see that they are not alone and that things can get better if you just have the right tools at hand. I can not go through the entirety of eliminating negative thoughts and feelings relating to trauma in just a couple of sessions. I can set you up with a plan ( in writing) as to how best you can manage how you feel. I am not trying to sell on more appointments, that in itself is entirely up to you. I just want to offer a starting block for recovery.

As a trained life coach, I have the skills necessary to help you overcome traumatic experiences and create positive change in your life. My philosophy is that everyone can be fit if they want it good enough, so I am confident that I can provide you with the guidance needed to effectively manage your feelings related to trauma. I have experience in this field as I have suffered from a lot of trauma throughout my life so I know how difficult it can be to overcome these negative emotions. My goal is to set you up with a plan (in writing) for how best you can manage these feelings so that you can eventually recover from them completely.
