2D animation needed for simple e-greeting card

I'm trying to make a new e-greeting card series. These are simple looping animations (like a 2 or 3 second loop). The first (this job) will be a rocket animation showing a rocket on a launchpad, with white smoke coming from the bottom of the rocket. This is looping. Then when user clicks, the rocket flies up off screen. The style should be 2D semi-cartoony, with bright colors. The target audience is young adults.
