Extensive cleanup required in Photoshop on an old map which has been scanned. See attached files (samples, not working files; these will be resupplied to the successful bidder). All the horizontal lines from the sea are to be removed so that a flat fill can be used to cover this area instead. A mask around the coastline must then be drawn. Text over the sea must remain legible. Bids must be received by 1630 BST, Tues 28 May. Deadline is expected to be 0700 BST Friday 31 May (or 48 hours from award of project).
