Facebook Application (gang game)

Hi all, I am wanting a game similar to this current facebook game - [login to view URL] This game involves a part called syndicates, where users can create gangs and and battle to become the best gang. I would like to have a game similar to this please. Must Need: 1. Easy admin interface - edit/add/delete/upload images, jobs, etc... 2. Images are not essential, but they would be nice 3. On the 'missions' page must have level options. eg. job section level 1 - 20 then next option level 21 - 40 or something similar 4. Equipment page - armor, weapons and vehicle have there own tab 5. Working cron jobs for health, money income, energy and stamina Additional Extras - gladly appreciated but not neccessary 1. Stocks page - stock prices change every hour 2. Property investment, buy propertys and earn income every 59 mins via cron job Gang Teams - Basics of the health system All gang members healths are added together and 'X or timesed' by 7 to have the overall health team eg. Member A = 20 health and Member B = 10 health Members A+B=30 Health Gang Health = A+Bx7 therfore gang health would be 10+20=30 then 30x7 = 210 overall gang health.
