Figure out whats wrong with my jquery pulls

OK, I am pulling a list from a pinnacle cart database, creating a custom filter, I have created the jquery that pulls the intial filters list (subcategory, color type, and tip type), and have made that load on page load - which works fine, it pulls as is it should. Now after that has loaded there are three separate jquery pulls that run each time a subcategory or, color, or tip type are selected. Simultaneously each option from each of the three sections that were or are selected (or were previous selected option) are sent to all three of the jquery pull php scripts. They are pulling the data as they should, except they should be marking the ones that only available to the user based on the selected option(s) in each of the three sections (subcategory, color, or tip type) and on tip color and and tip type they are, now on the subcategory it is not, and if you selected a subcategory it selects it (as it should) but replaces the selected options name and count with the last subssection option in that list... it's odd. So it should be an easy debug. I am attaching my php files so you can see if you can determine the error beforehand. I need this ASAP.
