A paypal button that also sends me an email

i have a calculation feature on my site using ajax, shown here: [login to view URL] it calculates the price and directs the customer to paypal What i need is text box next to this button where a customer ads their user name hits the paypal button to go and pay, at the same time the user name gets emailed to me Can it be done easily?
