PSD to HTML (php, utf-8, xhtml)

Creation of two pages HTML templates based on .psd that'll be provided. See attached .jpg for a draft version of the .pdf that'll be provided. The templates should meet the following requirements: - Using a clean and lisible stylesheet - The picture (lamp) in the header should be a smooth jquery slideshow, so there 'll be 3 or 4 rotating pictures - The Social bookmarking / share buttons can be different (third party scripts allowed) but should look clean and professionnal. - The two pages templates should be totally SEO friendly and degrade gracefully on older Browser Having the templates done directly in PHP with "includes" for the header, footer, side bars is optional but would be greatly appreciated as we will "connect" these templates with a PHP / Mysql CMS.
