427103 Repetitive url download and save on server

Hi, this is a simple task: I want a field where I can input a url and then the script will download it. In most cases it will be a JPEG Image or HTML file. In addition I want one more box where I can say how often the script should download the file, i.e. if I say 100 times, it should download the file 100 times. Usual file size is between 5kb and 200kb. The website from which I am downloading is also mine! All file names need to be automatically appended so there are no duplicate names and I need them saved to a particular directory. I need to have an overview where I can see what downloads are still running at the moment (for example if I execute to download 1 url 1000 times, I need to see if jobs is still running or done). I need to be able to add the next job to the queue (i.e. a little like a download manager). There will never be more than 2 jobs in a queue! Script needs to be coded in PHP and needs to be fully tested on your server (no ftp access will be given!) and you pass it on when finished!
