8029 Adult Video Site

I need an adult site designed and coded using whatever codes you want. People will need to sign up and create an account which they can put money into. When they sign up, they can go through the site and download videos that other members have posted. Before they post a video, they will need to send a photo of themselves and a copy of their photo id aka license. Those two items should be able to sent to an admin right on the site. Once they upload a video, it will have the website address watermarked on the bottom. And on that page, there will be a link to the website where the video is at, kind of like on picture hosting sites. All videos will have a 30second preview which people can watch before they buy. Each video will start out at a low price, once it hits a certain amount of people that have boughten it, it will raise the price, and so on and so on. 90% of the price will go to the person who posted it, and 10% to the site. Each member should be able to see how many people have boughten their videos, and how much they have made. The videos will be streaming and linked to their account, meaning once they login, they can click My Videos and it will show all videos they have bought, then watch them. Once they buy a video, they have access to it forever. Each member can also post videos of themselves to lead on more viewers. Each member will have a profile page like on MySpace and members can view their page then buy videos from there. Also, there has to be many links that people can report copywritten videos and what not. All videos must be accepted by an admin before they can be put on the site. All payments to the members will be paid over PayPal which means when they sign up, their complete info must be collected along with their paypal e-mail address. People will also be able to put money in their account by PayPal. This is a very detailed site and if you have any questions, please ask in a PMB. Please show all previous work in a PMB. Also, when they make their profile, they should be able to request what various things they will do for video, and people can request them to make videos for them. Videos can have more then one person in them but an agreement must be signed by everyone in the video, and a copy of everyones identification must be kept on file.
