Calling All IVR Experts

Need to build a simple application using an Intel Dialog/4, software needs to be able to run on a windows machine. The application is for "routing calls" to the correct regional office(based on area/zip code) using touch-tone phone service. The application process will be as follows: Customer calls an 800 number.... IVR application greets client with recorded prompts and requests customer to enter either area or zip code where service is required(in all states of USA). A query is then sent to SQL Server 2000 database to verify if this area/zip code exists and if our system serves this region, if so the relevant information is confirmed by playing back a msg and the call is transferred to the desired location and all the necessary parameters (like CallerID phone-number, time of the call, area/zip code entered, Call Transfer Status(Y/N), duration of the call) logged into the DB for future reports. Upon succesful transfer of the call, the caller will receive a prompt (telling them that their call is being transferred and a staff member will be in touch with them soon to process their request). The receipient of the call will be played a greeting (Ex: This call was transferred from APEX Corporation), before the actual call is transferred to them. Reports for all user & database captured information. We want to integrate this with our enterprise application (VB/MSSQL Server/VBScript/ASP/VB.NET/ASP.NET) We appreciate your architecture advice helping us minimize the costs. Based on the success of this application, we are intending to implement bigger projects. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform windows 2000/2003.
