Multiple-step OLE DB operation generated errors

I have an ASP / VB Script application that returns the following error when a record is added or updated: "Microsoft OLE DB Provider for SQL Server error '80040e21' Multiple-step OLE DB operation generated errors. Check each OLE DB status value, if available. Try to add Lapp Bushing Catalog #: 2 and Type: POC and you will see the error. If you go to Update Bushing under LAPP Bushings. Enter Lapp Bushing Catalog #: 1 and Type: POC and you will see the same error. I had this working before so I believe this is a small error that I just can't seem to find. Attahced are the add, update, and confirm page files. If needed, I will provide either FTP or SQL Server login info. ## Deliverables Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
