Need Admin Panel Design Only

We need PHPBB admin panel like interface. I need 1) Similar colour scheme 2) similar look and feel I would prefer different pages for all the menus. Example The top menu [TAB LIKE] should be on one page. Left menu should be on another page. I think there will be multiple left menu pages for each TOP MENU LINK. The HTML, JS, CSS will be in different pages. NO INLINE CSS OR JS. It is a simple job for anyone who knows what he is doing. I have setup a sample PHPBB forum for you to have a look at the admin panel [[login to view URL]][1] username - admin password - admin Process to get into admin panel 1) Login using the above username and password 2) Find the link at the bottom for "Administrator Control Panel" 3) It may ask you username and password again, provide the same 4) You can now see the admin panel. I need the same structure. You can use the same text for demo purpose. I dont want any images for menu items, it should all be in text so that i can change that easily.
