SQL server backup/restore through ASP

Hi, I have an ASP application, and would like to click on a link in my browser, and start downloading a backup of a single database on a remote SQL Server. This file can be in any format (I do prefer XML though), but must contain everything in table definitions (inclusive of formulas, defaults etc), and the rows. Let's call this file **[login to view URL]** I would also like a page, where after uploading **[login to view URL]** (the uploading will be done manually, this bid does not concerc uploading the backup), I can click on link, provide the virtual path to that file, and have that file restored into the database, after having dropped everything (so that there are no double records). I am pretty good at ASP, so all I'll ask from you guys is to give me the backup and "clear then restore" routines, and I will take care of implementing. Now I'm sure some of you already have such code, which is why I'm paying so little.
