draw graphic

it is a simple drawing graph program with some details. the idea is to have 5 columns. each colum will have a color. for each value that input will have 5 or 6 decimal numbers and will have b or s letter (that will happen in the graph as the legend. then it will be plot the value in a window that can be resize (as well the scale) and the background can be transparent. it should save the graph and print it as well the table with the value list. an extra will be given for fast development. ## Deliverables the details are: i can make visible 3 different object in the graph (when i generate it) - the value legend(the value + the letter) - the value , the point(that will be represent in the graph by a point) -all the point will have a horizontal dash line that i can make visible or not(this line must cross all the graph in the horizontal with) it should also make visible/not visible all the column. after i input the value i must have a button to generate the graph or refresh it(without resize or change any propriety that i setup before (see above paragraph). for example i can use the refresh/generate button when i change the visible propriety in any of the value values or when i change the transparency of the graph background. when the graph is done i can with the mouse connect the points , clicking in one point and release in another one it should draw the line automatically. i can join several points. that line will be with points and not a dash line (to be not confuse with the horizontal one). the color of the line will be the same as the points. i can after drawing the line change the color manually (clicking with the right mouse button i will choses from a list , 5 color or black color) when i introduce the values in the different coluns the values must be organize by the highest value (ex-if the last value i introduce is the highest of the column the software will refresh i put that value on the top of the list/database. remember that each value must have a letter (a "R" or a "S"). the R are in the top , it means that a value with a R if it is smaller than the S it must be above the S value. the numbers with the Letter "R" must be green and "S" must be red in the list and in the graph. it means that only the point in the graph will have it is own color for each column. ## Platform xp with multi monitor
