intellegent check email, replace words and forward program

i need an email program that can check pop3 email account. example [login to view URL] my client ([login to view URL]) will send an email to this email address. [login to view URL] your program will run on cron every 1 min. it will read new email, and mark it as read. and then it will forward email to [login to view URL] as soon as email is sent to [login to view URL], in 30 seconds, Godaddy will email us back a case number. the case number is in the email subject "[SUPPORT #RFL-288-24234]" your system must now record that this email is associated to the email that came from [login to view URL] in DB you will record email received from [login to view URL] 12/13/2012 5pm is associate to "#RFL-288-24234]" now your program will take the email received from [login to view URL] and forward it to [login to view URL] as long as email subject has "RFL-288-24234" in subject you system will know to send back and forth between them. [login to view URL] - > "RFL-288-24234" -> david [login to view URL] [login to view URL] - > RFL-288-24234" -> [login to view URL] additional task your system must do. it must replace words in emails from [login to view URL] i dont want my client to know i work with Godaddy hosting. so your program must replace words. example Godaddy -> ComputerTech 888-565-5656 -> 888-892-4545 (i will add word which i want to have replaced. the software must have a log file, that shows all thing it does. example log ,when it checks and receives email, when it sends, etc.....
