Simple eVB control for voice recording

To all pocket PC eVC or eVB guru's. I am an EVB programmer and want to simply record voice, provide a time bar, have pause, rewind, fast forward etc. The VB voice recorder sample from microsoft has limited functionality, I cannot see how to access the time bar or direct access to pause, rewind, forward,fast rewind, fast forward. I have tried Microsoft's way for calling it from eVB, but unfortunately, there is little control. I need to be able to trigger a record, pause, stop, rewind, fast rewind, forward, fast forward and a save all from eVB code. Also i need to have programatical access to the length and position of the sound, but ideally if the control could provide a slider that would work great. The microsoft one for evb samples i have seen don't seem to have this slider, and require you to show the control modal. There must be a better way. In vb i would use mcisendstring, but this doesn't exist in the evb api....? I also need it to produce compressed wave files, and not just the standard wave files. I need it packaged in a PPC 2002+ OCX or DLL written in eVC3, and a full emulator, and all major processor type binary file with full source code and rights. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform It has to support Pocket PC 2002, all processors and Pocket PC 2003 through the PPC2002 runtime. The target OS is Pocket PC 2002. A full emulation sample needs to be provided and needs to function in the emulator for PPC 2002, through eVB as an addable component (OCX) or Reference (COM DLL).
