Simple Image Processing GUI

We need an MFC GUI that allows for a user to select an image and apply certain effects. How the effects are implemented is not important, using prebuilt OS functions is acceptable. Really, we just want the image software as a shell to integrate some other functionality. The application should be a single document interface with a "File" menu an "Effects" menu and a place to display the image in the main body of the document. The File menu should have the following options: 1) Open 2) Save Open allows the user to select an image. Save saves the contents of the effected image to a new file. Both should show the standard file browsing interface. The Effects Menu should have the following, (however, it should be noted I don't really care what these are as long as they do "something" to the image and there are atleast 5 of them. 1) Stretch by 50% 2) Skew by 50% 3) Flip Vertical 4) Flip Horizontal 5) Invert Colors These are all effects found in Paint. The application should handle GIF, JPEG and BMP. File interfaces menus in Open and Save should reflect this. You code needs to be *PAINFULLY* documented. Imagine that you are writing a tutorial on MFC, and someone with 0 MFC experience will be looking at your code. Please explain everything. You must deliver a VC6, VC2003 and VC2005 solution. I need this project ASAP and you should feel free to bid higher if you can turn it around FAST!
