Small Cake PHP Fix

Hi folks, I'm getting two errors caused by one of my CakePHP files and I'm not sure how to fix it. The error is the following: Notice (8): Undefined variable: extra0 [APP/controllers/[login to view URL], line 809] Warning (2): Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/compete/public_html/labefana/cake/libs/[login to view URL]) [CORE/cake/libs/controller/[login to view URL], line 746] It appears upon submission of a form. I need someone to take a look at the controller file to get this working.
