282581 Basic Email Template Editor

I am looking for help in building an email template editor. Non-technical editors will use a form to enter headlines and URLs, which will then be inserted into pre-defined HTML and text templates. A working example of a similar editor can be seen here: [login to view URL] I can mmake that source code available to help to finish this project. This project will build a different template, with a few more requirements. See the attached for an example of the type of email we'd be generating, as well as my template version of the email. In addition to adding headlines, the user will have the option to add additional headlines. Since we never know how many sections or stories the editors will choose, the template editor has to be as flexible as possble.
