Finish details on Website Template -- 2

Hello! I'm looking for someone to help me finish a Website. My current webdeveloper started transforming all the images I attached to HTML pages and the result is close to 80% of things I want. Basically, I need someone that will do 2 things: finish a list of changes I need (its around 50 really quick items, I'll give examples below) and make everything responsive (a few things are, but there is some work to be done here). Everything was done using Twitter's Bootstrap, so I need someone proficient on this. A few JavaScript scripts will also be requested by the selected guy. A few examples of things I need: - Implement SASS on all pages; - Add support to IE8; - Make all radio buttons and checkboxes pretty using unify (or similar); - Reduce the lightbox margin and replace the next/back buttons to something flatter; - Change some text; - Redesign a few sections to make things pretty (currently there's only text); Basically, I'm looking for someone that knows design, have vision to create a few things (such as to make things nicer), attitude to suggest something new if you see fit and will be dedicated to the job. We will do daily follow-ups to keep track of the work. Also, we're very detailed and we will request multiple versions of the same things to see what works better, we hope you understand this.
