Simple Design & Development Project (in PHP & MySQL)

Hi I am looking for PHP coders who can also design websites for a simple 2 page website. (Technically, it is more than 2 pages since we have pagination as well) The site has a database of products (with information like product name, destination link, image,etc.). Homepage - will have a search box where users can search for a product name. The Homepage will also have a list of 'Recently searched products' that is paginated as well. When the user searches for a product, the results page will show the results from the database that satisfy the search query. Here is a basic explanation of the algorithm here: 1. Let's say the query was "iPhone 3G 16GB". The search result will be an AND condition for all words in the term : iPhone & 3G & 16GB. Now, in case, there is no product to show, then, we have to display a message that says no relevant results were found and instead display the search result for an OR condition : iPhone OR 3G OR 16GB. The results for the search will need to be displayed in a neat format with image, product name, description, price,etc. (all pulled from the database). And they have to be arranged with pagination. It is a very simple project and I am expecting a bid of around $70.
