475772 Looking for experienced Coders - Simple Project

Hi I am looking for a coder who can create a HTML based webpage which does 3 main tasks OR possibly incorporate this into an excel spreadsheet. Basically for the HTML webpage I want to be able to copy and paste in a set of data into a box press convert which will give me a new set of data in a new box. The 3 main things i want this webpage to do is: 1. Convert Australian mobile numbers from say 0401234567 to "+61401234567" 2. Convert First Name from i.e. David to "David" 3. Convert Last name from Smith to "Smith" Basically the type of format i require is a simple webpage with 6 boxes i.e. 'Mobile Number' "First Name' & 'Last Name' & the relevant converted boxes. Next to the original data boxes will be a "Convert" button and next to this will be a new box which will convert all data into the required form. Each piece of converted data must be surrounded by apostrophes " " e.g. "+61401234567", "David", "Smith" into a .csv Excel spreadsheet, into titles Mobile, First Name, Last Name. It also show the information on the webpage as well. This is a simple task for experienced coders.
