transcribe a web membership list into excel

i need to create a 9 field excel database from a 50 page membership list available on the web. the fields are name address1 address2 city state zip country phone description this is mostly cutting and pasting, though there might be some way to automate the scraping. there are roughly 500 names, though there might be a few more or less. quick turnaround is important. ## Deliverables spreadsheet with all membership names included. ## Platform excel for mac is preferred
