Magento Individual Dynamic image slider for Individual customer Plugin Development

I require an image slider that will reference a unique folder of images for each customer, so when they log in, magento will recognize their login details and display the relevant images for that customer. The each image will have unique portrait codes displayed on the slides so customers can simply enter the relevant code into text boxes when ordering each product, therefore the products and the slideshow do not have to be linked in any way. the slider simply needs to recognize the login details and load up that customers images to the slider. At this moment there is a image slider which fetch 1 image for each customer and show it as a default slideshow. But we do not need it. We need a slideshow where admin will upload images for individual customer , so that in the front end after login, that customer can see only those images uploaded for him. So customer will not manage the slideshow themselves. Admin will manage the slideshows for each customer. If we have in depth experience in Magento Plugin Development then BID for it.
