Data Copy - Website copy into a forum(repost)

I need all entries in the website listed here (<[login to view URL]>) copied and dumped into a main topic heading on a fireboard forum. Each entry should appear as a sepearate post. There is a search field with all the queries to use as examples on the page. Just click on "Entire Archive" under the search title. What I want is a program / script / joomla add in or something that will import all of the threads in that database into the forum AND then allow me to run an update so that once a month or so I can manually run the script or program to import any NEW posts in the website and append them to the forum. I should also be able to set up the script or program that is built to run once a week to update any new posts in the database and migrate only new entries into the fireboard forum. Lowest bid wins.
