data driven site completion and integration

I have an exisiting website at www.crewunlimited.com. We are an employment agency for yachts. We have crew register for placement, and clients search for crew to employ via our website. We contracted someone to add two additional modules to the site utilizing the existing client and crew database in SQL. The two new modules are for a new department for yacht charter brokerage, list a yacht and search for a yacht. The charter modules are to be part of the existing website, and the new pages/modules are nearly complete, but there are a few issues with the search capabilty that prevent it from being published.
