EmailManager Mods - MySQL and PHP

Email Manager Project: I have attached a description of a project we have been working on. (v1) In short it is a PHP and MySQ Email list manager and sender, that compilies emails from various tags so that we may send one newsletter from many agents with different user info for each, such as Phone number, name ect. For example and clarification, we send one newsletter from 20 different agents with all their personal info filled into the email text. The probem with v1 was that we were sending out emails into oblivian and getting many bounces back, which freaked out the client. What we did was add a direct send method that pings the email address first for validity. (Using PhpMailer class - ([login to view URL])). When the send is complete, the manager shows the list of emails that were sent and the status: Sent or Failed. There are some problems and additions with the system that must be addressed, as follows in order of importance. 1. Failed Email Retry - We send to a list of ~2500 people every week. A percentage fails. We need to create a retry method that is easy and intuitive. [more in attachment] ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
