Finish a simple website

I've had this produced for me; [login to view URL] I'd like someone to finish the design & make all the pages that exist work & create the pages that do not exist. All I want is the pages, not content, the designed pages can be filled with lorem ipsum. Designed pages should be static html with graphics that look colorful but not unprofessional. You will see a 'signin' button on the front page, anything that happens after it is pushed is my department & is not part of what I want. This is what I think needs doing; I need a page to be created for each of the four packages on the frontpage. The text on the 'about' page needs to look better. The graphics on the 'services' page need to be changed, its upto you what to change them to. The four services need a page each. The text on the 'support' page needs to look better. No idea what to do with the 'contact us' page. The top bar on the page moves depending on how much text is on the page (look at the 'support' / 'affiliates' page), this needs to be fixed. The links on the bottom of the pages don't go where they should. I've seen good web designers work before & as most of the pages are going to be very similar I don't think this will take a lot of time. I'm happy to answer any questions anyone may have. I don't have any files except the ones you see on the site - ie no photoshop, dreamweaver or otherwise. Just what you see. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform HTML & graphics, must not include flash.
