I need a coder to fix an application I have. The purpose of the application is to create marketing campaigns and send them to different groups. I need a new interface where I can create multiple users. Requirements: 1. Adm. can create campaigns that will be immediately available to multiple users. 2. users can create their own campaings which will not be available to other users. 3. campaigns create by users must be authorized by adm. before they're able to send the to his e-mail lists. 4. their e-mails lists must be available to adm.
