PHP - Online quiz with results graphs - Japanese/English vocabulary and kanji knowledge check

I would like an online test which will test a person's knowledge of vocabulary and Japanese kanji (chinese characters) used in the JLPT exams (Japanese language proficiency test). I would also like to keep track of each person's previous scores without them needing to make a username and password (I'm thinking a cookie, but feel free to suggest something else), so a *graph* can be drawn of all their scores so they can see if they are improving. After this project, I am looking to build a long term relationship with a coder who I can pay by the hour. *** Long description in attached file, please read. :) *** ## Deliverables 1) A working program that satisfies the requirements in the description. 2) Neat PHP source code 3) Assistance setting it up on my server if i can't do it myself. 4) A bit of flexibility to fix problems and to change the layout before launch if I think it might look better a different way. No crazy feature creep though! 5) Information on whether you'd like to be considered for ongoing work. All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
