Quick PHP Functions and HTML/PHP Page (Using MySQL)

Hi. I'm looking for a coder skilled in PHP, who also has a knowledge of HTML and MySQL. Another coder created me a Flash based Quiz, which uses PHP to add scores to a database. I need some functions which help to track which user took the quizzes, and who's won the quizzes. I have thought carefully about what the functions need to do, and have attached a word file which explains step by step what you need to do in the php functions. This should make this bid request really fast and easy to do, as you can tick it off step by step! I also need a HTML file, based on these functions, which basically shows that the quiz works, and can be used to help test your functions. This HTML file is pretty basic, and doesn't need to look pretty, it just needs to "grab" data from the MySQL database so that we can see your functions work. Being a very small job, I would imagine it would only take a day or so for someone well skilled at PHP. However, I imagine the winning coder is more likely to want to work in the evenings/weekends around their usual work or other projects, so I understand that a week or so is a more realistic deadline - although I'm fairly flexible as long as you communicate well with me :) MSN Messenger is a great advantage, as you can contact me quickly with any questions once you have been chosen.
