SQL User export and import

I am looking for a program to extract the login details from sql (with appropriate security), the exract should take the name, password, permissions, etc and then be able to import into another sql database on the same or a different server. If the databases, table names, etc are different then the user should be prompted with a series of questions to ask where the users should be placed (taking the permissions aswell). The basic concept of this program will be to take users from one server and put them onto another one with little or no hassle. The program should ask questions if there are differences in the databases, tables, etc I am looking for an easy to use program that is also very professional looking. The coder should be willing to offer suggestions or changes if he/she feels it will make the program better. There will be other work in this area for the coder that gets the job and gives me the program I need. The program should be written in Visual Basic or CSharp. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform The program should be written in Visual Basic or CSharp.
