Web site developer

We are looking for a developer to help build a new version of our main website. This will be the “face of the organization?? and the primary way visitors first learn about our organization and our work so it is very important that we have a well-designed and easily manageable site. We have already contracted a designer to do the layout of the site. We will supply the selected developer with a layered PSD that he/she should be able to use to build the new website without doing much “design.?? We have three main requirements for the developer to consider: [login to view URL] should be able to easily administer all content on the site including: text, links, images, and multimedia content through some sort of back-end administration tool online. [login to view URL] website should be capable of easily integrating flash content: including a flash intro, and one or two other flash features which we are working on with a separate developer. [login to view URL], the website should be able to easily integrate two additional features: a login and password to enter our Content Management System, which will be designed by a separate developer, and a subscribe page to a mailing service (PHP list) which we have already set up. We anticipate that the new website will have 5-10 pages of content depending on how we set up the navigation. We have some money to build this new website, but as with any non-profit organization, funding is always an issue, so we would love it if the developer could find it in his/her heart to give us a good deal. Thanks very much. - Lucas ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
